Mrs. C. Ruby Agnes is the visionary Founder and Chairman of Rosa Mystica ICSE School. Inspired deeply by her own ICSE schooling and motivated by the values imparted by Mrs. Taylor, she dreamt of providing quality education rooted in discipline, knowledge, and holistic growth.

With determination and passion, she began her educational journey in the year 2012 by starting a small kindergarten with just five children. Through hard work, commitment, and dedication, the kindergarten gradually blossomed into a recognized school and high school under the State Board. In 2025, her long-cherished dream flourished further with the establishment of the ICSE Board curriculum.

Mrs. Ruby Agnes is known not only as an educator but also as a caring mother, counsellor, mentor, and an inspiring teacher. Her vision is firmly grounded in the belief that:
